By placing an order, accepting a quote and/or paying Invite With Style (Bromwyn Meakins -Lines) you are forming a legally binding contract with and/or it’s affiliated companies, for products and services, and you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to the below terms and conditions you must immediately cease working with Invite With Style.
These Terms and Conditions apply to each and every dealing between the parties Invite With Style and the Customer, and the Customer agrees to adhere to these Terms and Conditions and will that they prevail over any other verbal, implied or written conditions, whether verbal, implied or written to the extent of the permitted law.
These Terms and Conditions may be changed by Invite With Style from time to time, and the then current version of the Terms & Conditions shall be binding upon the Customer
All quotes include design & printing. Designs cannot be purchased exclusively without the printing included unless otherwise stated. Quotes are valid for 14 days only.
There is a minimum order of 50 invites.
Invite with style reserves the right to terminate an order at any time.
Custom Design – payment terms
Custom designed invitations and products will be quoted separately – discounts do not apply. Each custom designed order takes time and creativity. As such we require a deposit to cover design and layout time before we commence designing your invitations or alike. There is a limit of up to 3 revisions per custom design, any further revisions will be charged at an hourly rate of $80 per hour.
Final payment will need to be made upon approval of final artwork. We are unable to print and complete your order until full payment has been made.
A PDF proof will be emailed to you for approval before printing. Once you have checked and approved your proof, please email your approval in writing. Once your approval has been received, your job will be sent to print and posted out to you.
Please allow at least 10-15 business days from approval of your proof to delivery. For custom colour and design work we will send out a hard copy proof prior to print on request.
As per our Printing/Colour policy below, there may be a slight variance in colour to the proof and your final print run. Hand over any files will not occur until final payment has been made.It is the client’s responsibility to check all copy is correct. Ensure that all text supplied is as final as possible, we allow for one set of text amendments at proof stage.
Please be aware that due to variations in monitors the colours and images may vary slightly on screen to that of the finished product. Invite With Style is not responsible for any colour shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK colour modes.
Trimming may vary up to 2mm with most printing.
Personalisation with Guest Names & Addresses
If you like to have your invitations personalised with your guests names please email us your guest list as a word file with all names typed exactly as you would like them to be spelt and written. It is important that you ensure all spelling, punctuation and spacing is correct on your guest list as our printer uses an automated system and your list will be printed exactly as supplied. Any errors supplied by clients on their lists will be reprinted at the clients expense. Please also supply a similar list for your envelopes to be printed with your guest’s addresses.
Our standard pricing includes the placement of your wording/images into your chosen theme/layout, plus one set of text amendments at pdf proof stage. Additional amendments will be charged at an hourly rate.
Alterations to your order may be made until the final PDF proof is approved. Once approved, no alterations may be undertaken. Emailed approval back to us will confirm the completion of your order. Some designs may contain stock images available for purchase.
As all stationery is printed on a digital press & it is possible that subtle colour variations can occur between each piece.
This is not a fault of the design but a natural effect of the printing process. There can also be a colour variation between stock types because of the way the ink sits on the satin stock (which is smooth) compared to the shimmer stock (which is textured).
Therefore designs printed on shimmer can have a variation in colour and look compared to those printed on matt. Stationery can not be refunded or returned because of normal printing effects.

Please allow between 2-8 weeks from start to finish of your order depending on quantity & complexity.
It is important that you book your order in prior to payment to ensure that we are able to meet your deadline.
Urgent orders may require an additional fee. Delivery times quoted on our site are approxiamate and depend on the speed in which you supply information to us and approve your proofs.
Postage & Packing
Postage for Wedding orders is $14.50 and will be sent via registered mail. We have chosen to align ourselves with the excellent delivery of Australia Post (unless otherwise stated), however occasions may arise where, despite their best efforts, your purchase may be delayed in the delivery process. Invite with Style cannot and does not take responsibility for any items once posted and relies on conditions of postage through Australia Post. We do suggest that you register all items of purchase both as a registered post person to person item. Should you choose to use another source of postage then you shall be responsible for collection and delivery of all items purchased from Invite with Style.
